Niraj Jetly

Senior Vice President – COO, CIO


Niraj has over 17 years of experience working in different industries building innovative solutions to address complex business problems. Niraj has been with Edenred since 2008 leading product management and technology operations. In 2011 he took over the responsibility of fulfillment operations. In his current role he focuses on overall service deliverability to clients.

Prior to joining Edenred Niraj was CEO for MednetSystem , a clinical and disease management product company. He helped the company launch new products. Under his leadership, the company client base grew nationally and won the most prestigious Safe-Rx Award in 2008. Prior to Mednet System, Niraj was Director – Telematics for Cross Country Automotive Services. He helped launch of several telematics initiatives and won Industry Innovation Award in 2004.

Niraj’s work has been cited in several trade publications and he has spoken at several business events. In past Niraj has worked as advisory board member of several start-up companies. Niraj was enrolled in CSS program from Harvard and is an engineering graduate from PEC, India.

Meltem Korkmazel

Vice President of Client Services

Meltem Korkmazel is the Vice President of Client Services at Edenred USA since 2010, overseeing our Third Party Administrator Channel Business (provided under the WiredCommute brand), including Sales, Implementation, Product Management and Account Management. Previously she ran Edenred USA Operations as Vice President of Operations from 2007 to 2010.

Meltem implemented ISO9001 at Edenred with the registration awarded in Feb 2009, solidifying our commitment to operational excellence. She was integral in the release of Commuter Check Prepaid MasterCard for transit and parking and central to our compliance work that supports this product.

Prior to joining Edenred she played a key role in the implementation of Automated Fare Collection at Boston’s transit authority MBTA, with design and implementation of Corporate Sales Program and Retail Sales programs under contactless payment solution. She received a Citation for Outstanding Performance from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for her work in this position.

She holds an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, MA; an MSc. in Mechatronic Design and a BSc. In Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University in Ankara Turkey.

Dharmesh Parikh

Vice President of Finance

Dharmesh Parikh serves as the Vice President of Finance with over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. At Edenred USA, Dharmesh is responsible for all control processes, budgeting, accounting and finance and group reporting.

Dharmesh plays an integral role in supporting and collaborating with other departments in launching new products, improving processes, and strategic planning. Along with the financial responsibilities Dharmesh manages the payroll and human resources along with the CEO Gerard Bridi.

Prior to working at Edenred USA, Dharmesh was the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Accor Services India for over 6 years. He holds two degrees one from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India, Finance, Accounts and Tax and the second at Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Legal, and Secretarial. In 2008, Dharmesh received his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States in finance, accounting, and tax.

Randy Johnson

Vice President of Sales and Customer Service

Randy Johnson has been the Vice President of Sales and Customer Service since December 2007. He is responsible for Field and Inside Sales teams selling Commuter Check Programs Nationwide along with spearheading the Commuter Check Call Center Operations. With over 18 years of experience in sales and customer service, he has been critical in the success and expansion of the Commuter Check programs.

Prior to being at Edenred USA, Randy worked at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as a Healthcare Sales Representative in the Neuroscience Division. For customer service experience, Randy served as the Director of Operations at Horizon Logistics, Customer Service Manager at Boston Scientific, and as a Call Center Manager at Bank of Boston.

A graduate of Morehouse College, Randy holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Morehouse College. He is very active in the Boy Scouts of America serving on the Executive Board.

Jeremy Doak

Director of Marketing

Jeremy Doak is the Director of Marketing for Edenred USA the leader in innovative employee benefits solutions and premier provider of national commuter benefit programs, Commuter Check and Wired Commute. 



Jeremy was integral in launching Edenred’s Commuter Check for Bicycling, Commuter Check Card with PayPass and Compliments product lines. Prior to joining Edenred in 2008, Jeremy honed his marketing acumen in various industries including software, wireless communications, and supply chain management.



A graduate of the University of Rhode Island in 1999, Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Accounting.

Julien Rochard

Director of Business Development

Julien Rochard has been with Edenred for the past nine years and most recently serves as the Director of Business Development for International Rewards. Julien is responsible for bringing brand awareness to Edenred’s prepaid products from across the world to American companies interested in incentive, loyalty, and service awards programs. He develops and maintains client relationships ensuring a seamless process from operations to customer service.

Julien has established stable and long term relationships with the top 20 agencies in the market and currently has programs up and running in over 50 countries. The International Rewards program was the winner of the Best Campaign Ford in 2003.

Holding two degrees in law and business from France, Julien encompasses a wide array of worldwide experience. Julien has worked at Edenred France/UK as the International Support and New Product Manager, Edenred China for over 2 years as the Business Development Director launching the incentive and rewards platform, and Edenred India as a Business Developer consultant.
